Badminton

Overview

The badminton team started in 2003 when a group of 8 dedicated boys persuaded Mr Au Yeong to give them a chance to represent the school at the SZ competition. Their performance and attitude towards training convinced Mr Au Yeong that badminton is here to stay.

Though we have yet to beat the traditionally strong schools in badminton, St Andrew's is also no push-overs.

We have been recruiting members faithfully year after year and the tough trainings that we are put through, several raw gems are turing into shining diamonds.

It has been prophesied that 2009 will be a great year for the B division squad, probably led by Max Liaw
